DOSBox is a fantastic application that emulates the MSDOS operating system in your Windows.
This program is meant to play and to use applications that worked perfectly in MSDOS but that would now give you problems to execute them.
It's basically an emulator of a 286/386 realmode CPU that supports XMS/EMS/file systems and the SoundBlaster sound card for an excellent compatibility with ancient games...
In short, a great idea and a wonder for the people with nostalgia of this old operating system.
Additionally, thanks to this new portable version, you can execute the program from any computer because the program can be stored on any portable storage device to be executed from there without the need of any installation.

I've tried it before and it works but I installed it and uninstalled it again because I don't know how to run games
